Packages are essentially pre-paid multipacks that give you bulk discounts.

Once purchased they will sit in your account and you can use them to book in your visits.

Expiry periods upon purchase apply to packages: 5 Days = 3 months, 10 Days = 6 months, 20 Days = 12 months.

All payments for daycare services are non-refundable. Refunds will only be considered in exceptional circumstances, such as emergencies or other significant events, and are subject to management's discretion.

Pick a weekly membership that fits your pup’s lifestyle — from 1 to 5 daycare days per week. You can use your days on any day of the week, so it’s easy to mix and match around your schedule.

Memberships are billed weekly, with your pup’s daycare credits refreshing every seven days. Just be sure to use them within the week — unused days don’t roll over.

There’s a one-month minimum commitment, and we ask for two weeks’ notice for any changes. And the best part? Members enjoy 10% off all retail and add-ons — because good dogs deserve great perks!

All cancellations must be made by 5 pm the day before the booking. Late cancellation fee of 50% of booked service will apply to clients that fail to cancel by 5 pm the day prior, unless in exceptional circumstances.

No-shows on the day will incur 100% of the reserved service.

Late Pick up: Our latest pickup time is 6:00 PM. If you are unable to pick up your dog by this time, a late fee of $30 per hour will apply. This fee is charged in hourly increments, meaning:

• 6:00 PM – 7:00 PM = $30

• 7:01 PM – 8:00 PM = $60

• 8:01 PM – 9:00 PM = $90, and so on

To avoid late fees, we kindly ask that you adhere to the scheduled pickup time.
